UNDERSTANDING THE ROSETTE
Welded to the standards every 50 cm, rosettes contain shaped openings to fix up to eight other components through wedge-clamped heads. These heads exist at the extremity of the system’s components and fit exactly round, assuring solid joints with high load-bearing capacity.
ASSEMBLY WORKFLOW
To extend the scaffold to the required length and width, add to the existing bay as many base jacks as needed.
For additional levels, stack new standards on the spigots of the existing ones. Ledgers, decks and toe boards are then used to create a safe working area.

To explore multiple other configurations in size and shape, main components have several dimensions and varying purposes. In turn, combining accessories will always work to achieve an optimized scaffolding design, taking full advantage of the versatility of the system.
ONE SCAFFOLD, MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS
Since the main components of every scaffold configuration are the same, Catari US® follows just one logical assembly sequence regardless of the application. As a result, any basic assembly can be achieved just repeating few steps.
Circular lineups
The combined use of angular ledgers and angular steel decks allows to adjust the scaffold configuration to tanks and silos.
Suspended scaffold
Catari US® portfolio features highly resistant beams and a wide set of accessories that ease the assembly of slung scaffolds while ensuring the scaffolders and end-users safety.
U-type
Ledgers, bridging ledgers, lattice beams and console brackets are also available in the U-type version, compatible with the steel decks of Catari FA-48®
Lattice beams
Increase the scaffold load bearing capacity in cantilever and suspended structures. Available in incremental lengths and different heights, in steel and also in aluminium for an optimised handling.
Project design
Erecting a scaffold in multistorey buildings or in industrial contexts, such as tanks, silos, racks, etc., can be challenging due to the constraints of the site. To overcome these limitations, the engineering team of Catari develops tailor-made solutions using 3D modeling and scaffold structural analysis software, which lead to a detailed and optimised identification of commissioning quantities and an improved visualization of the final solution.
